About the Role:

We are currently seeking passionate Psychologists (General or Provisional) to join our trauma-informed allied health team across Taree or Port Macquarie. This role is focused on working with adolescents and adults, delivering early intervention, therapy, and assessments to support individuals in building resilience and achieving positive outcomes.

You’ll primarily provide in-clinic therapy, with the opportunity for occasional outreach. You will also work closely with a multidisciplinary team who share a strong commitment to providing evidence-based, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions for adolescents and adults.
  • Provide reports and assessments for clinical diagnoses such as Autism, ADHD, FASD, cognitive and mental health conditions.
  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions (in-clinic, school, or home settings) and occasional group sessions.
  • Assess client needs, abilities, and behaviour using psychometric tests, structured interviews, and direct behavioural observations.
  • Meet Medicare, NDIS, and AHPRA reporting and supervision requirements.
  • Collaborate with families, support networks, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic outcomes.

About You:

  • AHPRA Registered or Provisionally Registered Psychologist.
  • Strong interest or experience in working with adolescents and adults, particularly in disability, trauma, or mental health-focused services.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a close-knit, values-driven team.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and National Police Check.
